Plushie pricing and order info

:bulletred:Wait time for new orders:bulletred:
*Forever...(Commissions are Closed for the moment)*
Please note that wait times are a nebulous thing for me. I will give you an idea of how long you'll have to wait and I will get your order done as soon as I can, but delays happen kinda often around here. If you are ordering for a birthday or holiday, please let me know when you first order so I can see if it's possible to work you in.

:bulletred:Standard Info::bulletred:
My people-type plushies are approximately 12" tall when standing. I machine-sew the bases for my plushies out of high quality fleece unless otherwise noted or requested. Details like clothing and hair are either machine-sewn when possible, hand-sewn, or glued with permanent fabric glue. Eyes and features are hand-painted. They can be spot washed and are very durable, but keep in mind that they are intended as an age 13+ collectible. If your kids are going to play tug of war with it or your pet will use it for a chew toy, I'm not responsible for the consequences. ;)

My plushies range from $90-$150 and up, depending on the difficulty, time, and materials involved.

I will gladly ship internationally, just contact me for further pricing. Also, there may be a customs tax due, which will be your responsibility.

Feel free to ask about any ideas you have that you would love to see plushie-fied! I love doing custom work. References pictures are a must, and it's better to have too many than too few.

I do ask for a deposit of half the stated price before I can give you a spot on the waiting list. Depending on the character, full payment will be required either before I start working on your order (for very user-specific plushies) or before it's shipped. If you would like to pay in full early, I can bump you up sooner if some time opens up. I currently only accept PayPal.

I can also provide prototype samples for factory production. If that's something you find yourself in need of, let me know! I'll be happy to help. :D

If you don't have an account here on DeviantArt, feel free to contact me at EitanyaDesigns[at]gmail[dot]com

Apparently dA has an app and I can do status updates and stuff. Technology, man.

I've had lots of people ask, so here you go!  Again, this is just my interpretation of the colors and how I chose to do them, but I hope it helps if you need a place to start.  :)  Download, share around, do whatever, just don't be a jerk and take my name off or anything like that.  It's never wise to cross a Mando.  Or a ninja.  :katana:

Borderlands Bandit-style pistol
Repainted Nerf gun (I don't remember the model, I swapped out the stock though) in Bandit style!  I love how grungy this turned out, like it's been lying in a junkyard for a while.  Which is appropriate, lol.

Sorry for neglecting all you lovely people on dA lately.  It's been a rough year in a lot of ways and an awesome year in others.

I've decided that I'm not going to be taking any plushie commissions for the time being.  It took me so long to catch up on the last batch of orders I took, and I even had to refund the last ones because my hands were just hurting too much to finish them.  I feel terrible making people wait so long, and I'm learning the hard way that I can't just muscle through it like I always do.  The fine detail work that I love to do so much is unfortunately making my hand pain a lot worse, so I need a break.  (I also can't play Borderlands two nights in a row, lol.)

Sorry guys. I've been fighting this and putting it off for too long now because I didn't want to let anyone down. The thing about dealing with Fibromyalgia is that it's a constantly evolving process.  You have to adapt and overcome.  It's exhausting, but I'm thankful that I have the flexibility in my work and home life to do just that.  I'm choosing to look at it as a new adventure.  :D

I'll still have most of my usual Etsy shop fodder up for sale since that hats and scarves don't seem to affect me as much.  I'm hoping that I'll FINALLY get those plushie patterns up and post some new tutorial videos.  I am taking a few costume and prop commissions here and there if I feel like it's something I can pull off well, I'm hoping to expand my portfolio this year and focus more on that.  Since costumes are full-scale, I'm learning that even the detailed ones aren't nearly as hard on my hands as the itty-bitty plushies.  I actually wanted to be a prop maker or costume designer growing up, so this feels kinda exciting!  :squee:

I will still make a few plushies here and there, most likely for charity auctions and maybe a few one-offs if I'm feeling up to it. Thank you all for sticking around!  Let's see what 2015 holds!  :katana:

Hey Jo, I met up with you while at Geekonomicon back on Sunday the 14th. I'd just like to say that all the stuff you had at your table was amazing, and I wish that I had been able to get that black and red ninja scarf hood I tried to purchase before technology and my prepaid card threw me under the bus xD

Anyway, I'll be stalking your etsy store once it's back online to try and find it again. Take care out there.
