I think I'll just try telling my doctor that clearly I don't have time for a chronic pain disorder. 
There are bits of hats and scarves everywhere around here. I should have a decent stock by the time the 17th rolls around. Hopefully. I'm going to wait until that's over before I commit to any more cons, just in case it turns out to be a little too ambitious and/or pain-inducing. Never can tell until you try. I really want to do Pensacon next year, though, that looks like it's shaping up to be awesome.
Pensacon time is here!
Gearing up for Pensacon this weekend! One of my favorite cons last year, I'm so looking forward to it again. We are all stocked up with hats and scarves and other randomness, and I'm putting the last touches on my husband's cosplay so we can enter the costume contest (along with ZombieFishie (https://www.deviantart.com/zombiefishie)!) This is the biggest contest we've attempted, but I'm super proud of our costumes. Can't wait to show you guys! :). If you're in the Florida panhandle this weekend, be sure to stop by and enjoy the sheer awesomeness, we'll be on the third level, booth B5!

Sorry for neglecting all you lovely people on dA lately. It's been a rough year in a lot of ways and an awesome year in others.
I've decided that I'm not going to be taking any plushie commissions for the time being. It took me so long to catch up on the last batch of orders I took, and I even had to refund the last ones because my hands were just hurting too much to finish them. I feel terrible making people wait so long, and I'm learning the hard way that I can't just muscle through it like I always do. The fine detail work that I love to do so much is unfortunately making my hand pain a lot worse, so I need a break. (I also can't pla

Hey all! Not officially opening for new orders yet, but I *can* take them for the following characters:

The end of the plushie waiting list is in sight! Trying to figure out a new way of doing this, I don't want wait times to get crazy like they have been, and it's hard to work with a waiting list hanging over my head. I'm thinking take two orders at a time, and if anyone else wants the same character I'll take theirs as well and do them all at once (still a 3 plushie limit on characters.) What do you guys think? Any thoughts or ideas?

Glanced over at your journal and had to comment on the Moffat/Whedon thing. I don't think there is enough angst in the world to fuel that collaboration. On the other hand, I'm willing to bet that we'd all be there every week alternating between laughing our asses off and going through a box of tissues every episode.
